Many of these destinations are affiliates or official partners of the Coalition to restore coastal louisiana’s oyster shell recycling program, audubon gulf’s chef council and restaurant partnership Program, and/or eat local nola, proudly supporting our local seafood industry and those cultivating traditional and sustainable seafood practices.
